Yesturday I spoke to Katie regarding a replacement baffle brick for my woodburner. She was so efficient. New her product. Arranged for it to be cut to size. In 24 Hours it arrived at my front door ,very well packed ( so often not the case with some companies) and it fitted my stove perfectly. Thanks to Katie we will be warm at Christmas.
